Exercise with confidence
Every class is personally guided and adjusted by a physical therapist, so you are not left guessing whether an exercise is right for you.
Cody Wickenhauser, DPT and Hawkins Williams lead every session.
I was unable to get up from a kneeling position before I started, and now I can get up with no assistance!! Thank you Cody and Hawkins for a great workout!
Robin-Laurie Jeffrey

Questions
That is why a physical therapist runs the class. Movements are chosen and adjusted for the people in the room, including anyone with a sore knee, a replaced hip, arthritis, or back pain. Tell us what is going on and we work around it.
That is who this is built for. Most people arrive after years away from exercise. We start with what you can do today. Nobody is timed, ranked, or compared to anyone else.
You tell us whether you want to keep going. If you do, we will walk you through the options then. If you do not, the week was yours, free, with nothing owed.
